Unbelievable just leaving this location on a Monday at 4:15 PM we went in with our gift card that had $15 on it and was going to buy more ice cream which was for the family of 6 . We were going pay using the gift card and the lady informs us that her gift card machine is not working. meanwhile Carvel is advertising to buy gift cards as gifts in the store.If something like that is not working maybe you should ask your customers how you’re paying now we had to go out of pocket to pay for something , but now we still have a gift card unused !! She doesn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and to top it off the service was horrible if I could rate it as zero I would. She seemed overwhelm and not helpful at all I will not be returning
The girl working here today, Sunday, 10/3 around 4pm, was absolutely miserable....nobody else in the store but completely rushing us and just extremely unfriendly. Customer service is not what it used to be, especially at the yonkers ave carvel.
great ice, very clean place, owner, very courteous over all great service.
