Carvel - Table reservation

Lost a 30+ year customer plus other customers related. I arrived right as they closed. Realizing I would not be able to make a purchase, I tried getting the attention of the employees plus owner to ask a question. They deliberately continued to ignore me. The level of friendliness and customer service has definitely changed. Every time I'm in town I make several visits to this location because it was a childhood favorite. I will not be returning here. 3 stars based

I come here ALL the time. They rotate a lot on staff but they're mostly friendly, and the two older people that are always there are really sweet. Ice cream tastes so amazing and they have non-dairy products. Everything is refreshing and the wait time isn't too bad during the week.

Hate this place now! I bought a whole milk shake 7 dollars I dropped it by accident because my cousin bumped into me. I go back to the store ask for a refund or another shake and they said I had to pay the whole thing again. Ugh! I?m so mad and sad 7 dollars down the drain

Customer service is terrible. They never have the flavors that carvel features on their website. Probably the worst Carvel I've been to.

This Carvel is one of oldest and the best around for ice cream.
