went because we had gift cards. the menu was filled with food. water glasses were coarse. it's carrabbas. order appetizer. the entries came about 10 minutes before the appetizer. partner pasta was unusable with the amount of black pfeffer in it. my ravioli was in order, just came with many very overcooked pieces of other pastas from a dirty pasta good. appetizer and partner entrees were almost completely untouched. paid full price. handed gift cards and debit card to pay. they could not get any gift cards for work, so they were reliant on the debit card. audited balance to house. the gift card still had money on it. the manager was too busy to solve the problem of the gift card. This balance is not used.
Didn't care for this location or the food. The calamari was dry and overcooked. The mashed potatoes were over season and horrible to taste. I truly believe it was just this location because we have good hot food from other locations in Florida. During lunch time, our waiter was very slow and the place was not busy. We had to ask over and over for things we needed. We will not return to this location. Hope your experience will be better than the one we had.
disappointment; I am a fan of pasta, in the grunde any pasta even the simplest is good for me, in this case it was not so, I ordered a pasta pomodoro, which in the ground only pasta with tomato sauce, which tasted as it was from a dose with the cheaper pasta that existed, the chicken soup tasted like sick house soup; I also ordered some calamari and they were super salty. the restaurant smells not good and the floor was super sticky
my friend and I met for lunch. we had half the restaurant for us. service was fantastic. our waitress was friendly and helpful. that was wonderful. our only problem was the walk to the entrance was so long because they were directed to the doorstep instead of the parking door. we were allowed to leave the parking door, which facilitated us the dinge.
