My wife I love in Nederland. I can't speak for the Beaumont location since we've never been there, but I've seen some reviews that say the mid-county location isn't that good. If that's true, Beaumont's carmela must be really great! Anyway, we have tried quite everything on their menu, but always on some of our favorites. My wife's favorite dish is, believe it or not, the tacos. From all things on their menu, when we eat there, she gets (3) tacos. She says they are bigger, full of simply better tasting than anywhere she is trying. But our popular dish or (appearant) if you want is the salsa! Nowhere else we found salsa so well. I asked the staff a few times about the recipe they claim it's so simple, but we tried it at home when it didn't come anywhere near it. We thought we'd stay with the safe thing because it's just fantastic! We eat breakfast with friends every Saturday. It is a well-kept secret because it is never overcrowded. And amazingly, it's really nothing from the ordinary to write home, but for breakfast in the middle, we're limited to decisions. But we love Carmela will come back as long as they are there, we will love the salsa at the same time. But I wish I knew her secret!
La comida rica y bien sabroso! Los tamales mmm, los tacos mmm, El Pancho especial mmm, los tacos de chorizo mmmm, y el menudo gran final sabroooosssoo! Servico muy bien y bien limpio siempre! Nos se van a repintir!
Very good Mexican. Expect a more traditional dish, not what you get on the chains.
