Customer service is definitely not their best attribute. Half the sodas were out. Pretty pricey, and other reviews say this is because they aren't a franchise, somehow? At least the onion rings were hot and fresh. Next time, I'll stop up elsewhere.Ps. If I wanted diet coke, I'd have said I wanted diet coke. The flavor options are out there for a reason.
not satisfied today. I waited for the drive-thru to put my order and no answer to the loudspeaker after I said hello there were 3 cars behind the waiting so I pulled forward. I tried to order in the window and the young one said he should go back to the Drive-Thru speakers to put my order. Really? that's not a great customer service I went down to jack.
This particular location is a little bit pricey compared to the other locations.... I wonder if it's because it's at the end of Orange County.
I love the western bacon cheeseburgers and the chicken barbecue sandwiches. Highly recommend.
