I've been a loyal Carlos S. River Patron for over 10 years. There are actually 2 other Carlos Pizzas at least a dozen other pizza places much closer to where I live, but I will always go out of my way for the S. River location. Both the square round crusts are always fresh have great texture. Their sauce is the perfect balance of the sweet tangent that it does not sting with the toppings. Every pizza, every time is super perfect. You have no unconsistent results like some other places. I didn't have the chicken pliers potato wedges in years, but I loved them. So if you are in the mood for non-pizza, check their extensive menu.
Surprised by some of these reviews. I always get a small bacon with or without parm sticks. 8 dollars for 6 slices of pizza, 11 and change with the parm sticks. Lots of food for 11 bucks! Also the carmelization of the crust and cheese with the generous bacon topping is bare.

I went for a pizza pickup and have a broken arm you were kind enough to bring me here and do everything for me. Kindness goes a long way would give them a five-star every day. Not to mention the pizza was the best I had in some time.
