So I waited for over 30 minutes in the car thru, which is in order, I don't really wait. but inside was not busy, 2 ppl in the front. almost felt like the dame that took my order and payment, went back to the kitchen to cook my food. it was so hot that the togo was melted. when I opened my togo box. what would you give me a coffin? the dish was broken over my eating. I had to get my food to get it out. I didn't do a great job because I knocked myself in a torn that cut my gums. I ruined my meal and I didn't finish eating. I shared with my 2 year, so I didn't want to crash him into the crab shell. I would have called and complained, but the two hired there didn't look like they really cared.
After I sat almost an hour in the car thru (do not judge that I did not like cooking and there are not many possibilities in this way), I finally came into the window and learned Marcus held the interior and the drive thru Solo. Marcus needs a raise. If you are so short staff, close the dining room and go only with the car so that you don't have to do so much at once. I'll say Marcus came into the window with a smile on his face and had the most pleasant attitude even to do with this terrible layer. The food was nice and hot and our order was right.
nothing like it used to be. Mom and I ordered catfish plate and the amt gave to us was like a kid's size. Even my mom, who normally says food is always too much at places had to order us extra fish! And that 2nd order we waited forever, although it was just sitting up at cooks window..girl who just came in was rude, like she didn't want to work. idk what happened but wish old Capt D's would come back.
Food took alittle more than expected to leave the kitchen and they for got some items but the food was OK at best
