I'm not a more common customer, but I want to get a bobbie once and one. I order in the rule online and how I used a $2off voucher a few times. well, at this last weekend my good certificate did not work, with several employees talking about this problem to no satisfaction. I explained that this problem happened before, but the personal could give me the discount. this time, she was not a real effort to work out this. apparently explains the responsible that this was a website problem and nothing could be done. at this time I ask Mangers/owners to look into this to make online vouchers/rewards easier to use. of course my bobbies was still good, but the whole situation made me a little frustrated that she was not a real person of autority to solve this.
my family was in the city for a children's sport tournament and tried capriotti’s for dinner one night. the staff was pleasant enough, though slow) and the place was clean, but eating is just terrible. I'd go over the road and get a sandwich from the WA-Wa tankstelle before I get back. the cheesesteak was nothing but a frozen steak-um slaughtered on a piece of bread. the teaching has learned for us, would never consider to go back. I'd really go hungry before I eat again.
So I am a first time customer saw they got decent reviews and wanted to try their food. The guy told me their behind an short staffed and would be a couple minutes until he can take my order. I told him no problem and waited patiently for 15 minutes. He then took a customer to place an order before me which is ridiculous as he had me wait to place an order. worst customer service an rude of him. I've never tried their subs but as of now I will not return.
capriotti’s is a great sandwich shop as long as they never ask for something different from the menu. if the sandwich they order mayo has and they do not ask for a mayo; there is a 50% chance that they mayo get. when it comes with Swiss cheese and ask for cheddar instead; 50% chance they get cocky and that's not a one-time thing. this was a consistent pattern with this capriotti and anyone I had. I've been bitten too often. I'm done with them.
