Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

The place is run by a bunch of kids with absolutely no customer service or food service skills. Went there tonight and I?ve decided it will be my last. The grill cook had to yell to get someone to ring me out but couldn?t hand me my sandwich that was literally sitting right behind the counter. Then the girl rings me out and I ask for my sandwich and she says ?it?s not ready if he didn?t hand it to you..? so I had to stand there and wait to be handed my sandwich. 3 minutes later and he hands me my sandwich with the paper literally covered in grease. When I went to eat it the bread was sopping wet with grease.. Sad excuse for a sandwich shop.

I am a former employee and I can assure you that this place is disgusting. We used to be great, but over the summer we got new management and this place has gone downhill since. They employees are disrespectful and careless. The place may look clean from the customers point of view, but if you were to go behind the counter it is disgusting. The food it?s self is gross. Once as I chopping lettuce a legit roach crawled out. Save yourself the trauma, Jersey Mikes is right down the street.

It was actually a sort of insult of an 18 cheese steak enough steak to cover half the role. Ask for an order of sweet peppers on the page and a sequence of mushrooms on the page. And so I asked why they put them together, I don't know. I'm afraid I could break a tooth, the meat is as hard as it is even possible that you've made a cheese steak

Excellent! First ordered, Capastrami and Italian hero(hoagie) Pastrami was excellent! And the whole hero(hoagie) was delicious. Place was clean and staff was friendly. I'll order from here again and again.

18 inch cheese steak with so little meat is ridiculous. Asked for pepper and mushrooms on the side. They put them in the same container.
