Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

I've never had a bad sandwich from Capriotti's until I went to the Sepulveda location. This was my first and only time at this location. I ordered The Bobbie as I have at other locations because it was always amazing! But when I was eating the sandwich at home, I discovered I was chewing on these sharp slinters of bone from the turkey : Not cool at all. Also there was a huge chewy fatty piece of skin from the turkey that I had such a gross experience of gagging on and pulling out of my mouth. Whoever cut the turkey did a terrible job. Please don't give your customers bones and huge pieces of fat in their sandwiches! People want the meat of the turkey, that should go without saying. Come on, Sepulveda employees. Please do better.

I cannot eat meat and ordered a veggie turkey through the app and they gave me a meat turkey sandwich. So disappointed. Took me 20 minutes to get home. Then to find out I can't eat anything is so upsetting. And now I can't even upload supporting photos to the app. I called the store and asked for a refund. Who knows if I'll get it. I use to get sandwiches from here every few months for years and the quality over the past year has unfortunately gone downhill (wrong orders multiple times). This will be my last time to Capriottis. Ever.

I came in today, they had a good customer service they welcomed me when I went to the store, although they were busy. the cheese steak sandwich was amazing with good quality.. I'll be back soon.

Talk of lazy employees. 45 minutes before closing and they won?t make a cheese steak because? they close the grill?. I'm sure her boss is really happy to turn the business off.
