Candle Light Banquets

I had a bridal shower yesterday booked for a 100 people, payed 2600 for a family style dinner that doesn’t even feed a family, the food was barely for 3 people on each table some people from my family didn’t even eat so the guests can eat, a family member questioned her about if this is all the food? She said yes that’s what you paid for!!! None of us know that there was another size, she didn’t mentioned! And as a bride and the one who paid I called them to ask about what happened and as soon as I mentioned the food she said “oh god” with attitude “I have to call you when I’m free” she never gonna call me back cause she knew what my concerns were . As a customer this is not good service, nothing was discussed w me or my aunt about this . It was very embarrassing to have that amount of food out out in-front of my guest. Family dinner is not that size of portion, ive done parties and been to parties. This was so embarrassing to find out how it was.. like i said before anything u would have wanted to add extra u will get charged for it, even if its a bottle of water put on the table. For example she charged me extra 100 or 200 for sweets table “clean” up even tho the lady i booked to do my sweets cleaned up the table. Her workers in general are gunna clean up the tables after the party and she charged me for tht. also wanted to have a table with drinks on it and she wanted charge me another extra 100$ for “clean up” when she already charged me it. On top of that! She yelled at my family over a joke being said! To yell at my guests! And not just any my aunt on top of that! Never never again will i be booking here and if anyone was to ask me i will tell them no! Its beyond ?️.At this point its not even a buisness that just being money hungry unfortunately.Advice for those who want to book, be clear of what you would like and make sure she is clear with what she will provide for your party. Even though I advise you not to book here .Honestly my party was great but the experience with the banquet boss so sad and embarrassing. As you the boss you should be embarrassed. Im done.

I did not pick this venue for my wedding reception in 2012 and I will tell you whyWe made an appointment after asking questions on the phone.

Enjoyable food could of been warmer there could of been coffee or ask if anyone wanted some
