this was our place last year in playa de muro and we have been twice this trip. the first time the service was acceptable, but not attentive. Yesterday it was unacceptable. we waited 45 minutes for a menu and only got one when I went to ask, and the food didn't come for 1.5 hours after we arrived there. her excuse was: “We had 2 people who went on this day,” and while that is perhaps true, it does not excuse the service that we received (and others seemed) the manager is a nice guy, but a smile and a mere free glass wine does not change the very disappointing experience.
We expected a better quality of the flavor, we asked for the dish of seafood with bogavante, none of the dish was extraordinary, we expected more but it was not so, there is a moment that mosquitoes become a nightmare, the Mallorcan wine if it was good enough and the service also, I hope they can review the food, it is the first place in spider that fails me in my expectation
This was a highly anticipated visit but so disappointing. Poor welcome, rushed to order and the worst service of a whole fish I’ve ever seen. Won’t return.
