Heading South out of Figueres we stopped at Can Costa for a Saturday lunch filled with locals including two tables of police !! Adventurous good tasting 3 courses of mamouth proportions, a full bottle of excellent local wine, a large bottle of sparkling water and coffees all for €25 per head. superb service too !!!
A nice place outside town (but with parking! . The front part of this pace is kind of basic but cheap, the back part is more formal with more choices. The food is very Spanish, basic and good. It has become part of my yearly visit to Figueres.
It was very good! We already miss the paella of the sea! We'll be back! Very good mention for the paella! Too bad the water bottles are paid, because we don't drink the tap water. isaba muy well! hasta pronto!
