Really great campsite with a fantastic panorama. The campsite is in a wonderfully quiet location, surrounded by meadows and forests. When we arrived we received a very friendly welcome and were able to choose a spot. We chose one of the panoramic pitches, which offer a fantastic view of the valley and the mountains. The pitches are very large and equipped with electricity and fresh water. The site also offers a pool, a small restaurant, some groceries and ice cream. You can order fresh baked goods for breakfast (the baguette was the best I've ever eaten in France) and in the evening there was a selection of fast food to take away to the square. The pizza was excellent and the fries were also very good (they were tolerated very well despite gluten intolerance). The operators are very nice and accommodating. The sanitary facilities were simple, but top notch by French standards and always clean. There was soap and toilet paper. It's easy to cycle in the area (but it's better to use an e-bike as it's very mountainous) and there is a supermarket and a bakery in the nearby town. You can take the lift up the mountain and from there you can either go hiking, mountain biking or ziplining. It is possible to walk with dogs, but the forests are very mountainous, or you can walk along the road a bit to get to field paths, where grazing cattle and leashing are not possible. We felt very comfortable for the 3 days and would definitely come back again, especially since the price-performance ratio is unbeatable!
