the campsite el cid is located in peñíscola, you can walk to the center of the village in about 20 minutes. has several supermarkets next door (with less than 5 minutes walking.) the campsite has swimming pool, entertainment for children (at least in summer) and a restaurant-bar service with some dishes and some excellent prices. I recommend the pizza. Although there are some fixed campers, there is usually room to spend a few days. We got to the full August bridge and we had no problem. There are many plots with natural shade and are spacious, in our case we had the caravan, advanced and car. There is usually water in every street with long hoses that allow you to fill the water tanks. the camping staff is very attentive to all the details and always eager to help and resolve any anomaly that may arise in the best way. For the staff we give them the 5 stars! the bathrooms are quite clean and very careful. There is usually no hot water problem as we have read in comments from other campsites. there is playground, also a wide area to clean shops, cars, caravans, advances.
Very helpful reception.Good sized pitches, consisting of small pebbles gravel, with low hedges. Some tree cover too. Easy walking distance to the town beach. There's a swimming pool as well. Toilets are clean efficient. There's a really good restaurant on-site. We will be back.
The washing machine doesn’t wash at all and you pay 4 euro , the dryer either, clothes have been wet , at all dry . The places are very small to park . The staff is very nice, but the rest is just ok
