We did not sleep at Campanile, we took the evening meal: duo formula with dessert buffet. Order at 7:20 p.m., dish served at 7:55 p.m.; for me, tinker :bon classic even if the fries were really pale; my daughter had a dorade net with green beans; the fish was cooked with the micro waves or water, presented as, without sauce, without spices, insipid; beans, of brownish color, out of the water and served so, without butter or parsley, all bathing in the water! From our table we had seen a part of the kitchen; The young cook was just going and coming between her work plan and the microwave without which she doesn't seem to know how to cook! As for the dessert buffet that we joined at 8:10 as we had waited for our main dish for 35 minutes, there was practically nothing left of a floating island for two! and not restocked!! There were no more small plates and no one gave them, one way like another to tell us that it was over. This meal was not worth 16 € 90 4 € extra for my entrecôte and we had the unpleasant impression of being made to us to have ...... To flee absolutely!
My opinion concerns only the restaurant: it is cold in all senses of the term: setting and temperature. The staff does not seem at all invested even for what is closer to a canteen to believe. Prices are too high especially in terms of quantity of products: the rest of the industry does not shock me for a hotel restaurant in a chain but prices are unacceptable. More fish not cooked... Serve the word and kiss? For all if you are in transit/training/congress or I don't know what to stop it.
Good clean, quiet and peaceful rooms, good service, good breakfast (especially chocolate bread was simply divine), stay normal things! Of course for the money. The hotel is no longer a Campanile and not yet a hotel in the class of a Kyriad. For the moment (03/21) I think there is better for the rate practiced.
