Campanile - Table reservation

I was accustomed when I worked to stop in the campanile to eat the noon to save time.We were on a visit to St.Nazaire with our little son and to change a restaurant planes to go to the campanile. We arrived at 12:05 and the manager tells us that it was not ready. We told him we could wait a bit. . she continued to be on her computer with an intern seems to be and she came to take the order after a quarter of an hour. She didn't tell us to go to serve us, my wife was obliged to go ask her if we could serve us.The buffet was correct but by disappointing after the entrance buffet she dropped a butter plate on our little son's set. we were obliged to remove the unclean set. we left by telling her "we're sorry to have spoken to you" I'm not surprised!

We loved to come and eat here. Now there's almost nothing on the map. The staff spends his time on his cell phone. The ' chef' warms all his dishes to the microwave. The buffet is minimalist. We waited a long time not to eat together and have rubbery salmon. We won't go back.

the chain of the Campanile hotels has started renovations: not that there dark wooden interior, defrosted (scratched furniture corners, painting to redo), no hair dryer .... littery still suitable staff of the very helpful and smiling restaurant: it is appreciable

.and is a little too expensive. the multilingual team is always very friendly. you can order the food individually or in different menus. even the menus are different. that is very good. the selection also. the hotel also(see evaluation).

excellent staff reception. The restaurant was almost empty. I took the ward that was well cooked. to have many customers you must avoid heated meals and offer fresh products. It's too bad!
