"First time at California Pizza Kitchen and it did not disappoint. We tried the Sedona Tortilla soup and Tomato Basil Bisque but the Sedona was overall better. The tomato soup taste wasn't the best. Had the Hawaiian pizza, which had big chunks of pineapple and ham on it, still very good and the wild mushroom pizza. Had an old fashioned as a drink and the strawberry lime margarita. Great experience. Would definitely revisit this place"

Have literally been sitting at our table for 16 minutes and someone at this very moment dropped bread and said ?hi? AFTER I went to a manager and complained. There were two, 3 tops sat AFTER us, and we are watching them have drinks, cocktails and water before us. I verbatim asked the manager was this a minority issue (we are black) that we haven?t received service and her answer was no, we?re ?short staffed? in the most nonchalant way possible. We are clearly the only black people in the building, and although we were sat BEFORE all the other tables we had to complain just to receive ?service? This is sad. I am a bartender down the street and this is ridiculous. If I wasn?t so exhausted and starving I would have just left. We were literally ignored, while EVERYONE else received service. Unbelievable.

CPK should know better! the waiter Demeanor was inappropriately rude and mean, no matter how nice we treated him my wife, my little girl was extremely polite, the service was not on his best side. Beyond that, my daughter served food cold and dry my wife served with various dishes that she did not order, and I was left to eat dry pasta no sauce that I asked, but never got it I had to eat my pasta with the spoon. We are at the hotel on the street for house painting and after a long working day my wife my daughter meets after school to have a relaxing family dinner it is as a nightmare .

Today (7/25) I was in this place with my family. I have long been a loyal customer for Cali Pizza, have good experiences in the NJ location. This is the first time in Beverly Hills.. Service was terrible, waitress (Beatrice Seat 204/1) was not friendly as if we eat free food. She did not serve bread and oil (what I love in Cali), I had to ask and I got a posture. Food came late, missing plates and terrible attitude. I hate it if people don't appreciate the customers. I'm not suggesting the location.

Great food. Constant. Great value. Great portions. There are only street parking spaces at this particular location. There are cheap city parking spaces within a block. I would have given more stars, but our phone statement was magically disappeared and we had to wait half an hour until they started a new one. It is very busy and the service is unfortunately slow. But if you're not in a hurry, the food is great. Something to please all nutrition restrictions on the menu.
