I am in cafe nero often for a coffee and feeding my 10 months old twins, the personal was so courteous with us all by bringing the dings on the table and even the high chairs out for us. the coffees are great, but the personal and the atmosphere make it really a pleasant experience. they even have a large selection of books to read in the regals. take a book and return a book.
I have been coming to this caffè nero for over a year and has always been a simple, comfortable and pleasant experience. the baristas always work hard, but never show how busy they are in their treatment of customers. they are always friendly, polite and welcoming.
this was one of our favorite cafés earlier, but now it is a bit tired and with only one (friendly) woman servierservice was very slow. the cafe competition is building up here, so nero may have the necessary to refresh and smell the coffee.
