We stayed in Locarno while traveling through Switzerland/Italy and happened upon this cafe while looking for a place to wait while our B&B got our room ready. The Toast Bartolomeo and coffee were great and we found that the cafe staff were really friendly and...helpful for non Swiss/Italian speakers. We went back multiple times during our trip and would recommend this place to anyone, regardless of language spoken.
Cozy and beautiful atmosphere, friendly service and very good food with an original touch. Coffee and drinks are also very good. And considering the quality and the nice, relaxing setting, in Switzerland you don't expect such fair prices. Two thumbs up, but beware of the...tartare if you don't like chese: it has Parmesan in it.
Very cozy cafe, We ordened a breakfast that was super nice and had everything we really wanted for. It was an good one, in this cozy cafe that is on the edge of Plaza Grande but still have its own contemporary style. I also like...that they have soups and all. Cozy, Good value
