If you have time you should definitely visit this place. We had breakfast and coffee and returned later to have a glass of wine. But it is obviously a very popular place which means the staff are very busy and therefore the service takes some time. But since we were on holiday, we didn't mind. The sandwiches and the coffee were delicious, the wine was too and the staff is very friendly.
Very disappointed with them! Asked to use the bathroom, the man said yes I can, then the lady refused to let me use it. I wanted to pay euro, instead she sent me to another bar! I think this central establishment should have a bit social responsibility and allow visitors to use the bathroom since there is no such facility nearby. After all tourists are the ones that form their business
One waiter for 18 tables. If you are in a rush, you have come to the wrong place. The waiter is nice and funny. Very local guy. But it’s hard to understand why there’s nobody else to help him out. By the time your coffee arrives at your table, it’s already time to leave. But apart from that, nice place.
A great people watching bar in the centre of Plaza de Espana. We ordered iced coffee and 2 x freshly squeezed juices. The outside seating area was busy with two people serving but as other reviews have said, if you're in a rush don't come here. Was pleasant enough.
