Café Unión is the real deal. The baristas professors behind the counter, Hernan Danilo, are masters of the craft and true historians of Colombian Café. Yes, stop by for an espresso, but do yourself a solid and line up a Catación, or tasting and get illuminated on why Colombian coffee stands in a league of its own.

They sell excellent coffee but their aromaticas are delicious, an excellent option for those of us that don 't drink coffee.
