I'm going to start with a quick note: We almost skipped this establishment because of the tone of the responses to negative reviews, not because of the reviews themselves, rather the condescending replies. I get it, it's hard not to take them personally, still... it's the first impression. We were in town at the Jefferson Barracks Cemetery decided to stop in for a bite to eat to continue our family visit for a bit, before flying back home. The building is large easy to find/access, with plenty of parking and ample space in the spots. On entry there was a sign to see hostess for seating. Easy peasy. We walked in around 430pm as a party of 6 were seated right away. We went to the left on entry, and were greeted by a large open air dining space and bar top. Tate was our server she was excellent at keeping us informed, as well as offering some solid suggestions. My chicken was fabulous, I loved the lemon sauce the cheesy potatoes were delicious as well. The slaw, though fresh, was a fail for us maybe it needed a bit longer to take on the dressing. Other dishes that we enjoyed at the table were the beans, brisket pulled pork. The only pass was on the slaw. Prices were reasonable, glasses were never empty service, again, was excellent. I'd certainly recommend it as a good spot for a brew or a few a bite.
