Took my kids for a hot chocolate on a late Friday afternoon. No table service, so had to order at the counter whilst the two staff members kept busy at the back of the kitchen. $4.50 for an ordinary tasting hot chocolate is not my cup of well... coffee.
Never again. In my experience, the concept of the service is unknown here. Expect to be accused of the owner if they are not ordered. Also, expect that you will be said by the owner that you are in the event of a fault.
