Nowadays you can meet all kinds of unpleasant customers, and the most annoying are those who don 't care and allow their children to bother other customers without any respect for the shared space. I am a parent myself, one of those who enjoy going to...restaurants to relax, but having children myself, I apply the rule of not letting others suffer what bothers me. So I always keep the kids under control and if anything gets out of hand (crises can happen! I am the first to leave the place. But to my surprise, I had to come to this well-maintained place to see how the owner 's rudeness borders on the offensive. With a 2 year old and a 5 year old we asked to sit inside as it was 36 degrees outside. Inside I did not even seem to have perceived an environment of monastic silence. The first request didn 't go very well, to have quickly a simple pasta, white with no sauce, for the little one who was hungry. Before ordering anything else. We had a prickly response from the lady, probably annoyed that we were not waiting patiently enough for our turn. A maximum 40g portion of pasta arrived, completely overcooked (thank goodness this is an Italian restaurant and on a plate that was incandescent (didn 't she know it was for a child? . But the surprising thing was that I saw the owner arrive right after in a very rude way to warn me that she didn 't want me to cause problems with the children by bothering other customers. To my remark on the fact that nothing had happened, however, she insisted with absurd concepts (such as saying that all you parents are always here to demand rights ??!!! . We got up and left without ordering while she was insisting saying now go on and complain on Facebook or TripAdvisor, it wouldn 't be the first time . For the record, the lady did not want me to pay for the two pastas of the children but I insisted on paying instead. 16 euros for 40g of pasta in white and 40g of pasta with tomato sauce. I 've never found any more family-unfriendly place on planet heart. This woman should leave the management of the restaurant to some one else or warn families before they enter that they are not welcome.
