ambiente pleasant, one sits at the front on nice run ceilings on the window and looks at the imposing main square. the melange is excellent and the flour dishes from the conditories, where the bullets taste excellent. the service is friendly and you can read many day newspapers. there is also a non-smoking area and a beautiful imperial room in the medieval vault.It has become my master cafe and I meet nice friends here.
we are looking for this locally only because of the ice-cream - although the apfelstrudel is not to be despised. the luck of being served by the Asian-stumbing waiter, should you rather not expect a friendly smile, we suspect that this was probably not his first choice. If you take this with humor, you can spend the time here well.
the service leaves to wish. the waiters are on the one hand very shy people and on the other hand they often have a grin in the conversations among themselves. however, they do not allow them to enter the guest area.
the cafe is a bit dark, but still somehow cozy. there are also small things to eat, like e.g. b. spices with freshly grated merettich and senf (typically for Austria.)
