when I eat tomato, I always think of my visit to the Café-Flügel in bad harzburg. Why is that so? Easy: in the flora I took the best floac cake of my life for me in september 2016. his name is flammkuchen tomate mozzarella. the flame cake with tomato, mozzarella, basilikum pesto, rucola, cream and pine kernels is simply fantastic. it tastes fresh and light. I can recommend the flame cake “Vegane Flame”. it consists of ingredients such as homemade tomaten pesto, fresh vegetables and mandelmus. in the caffeine flora there is not only delicious flammpie. also the various imperial and milk dishes as well as the salads and dinner are dense. The numerous brewing times and homemade dinkelwaffeln are particularly successful. there is also a lot of drinks. the various fruit juices, chocolates and tees are particularly delicious. the service is friendly and fast. I guided myself in the caffeine whistle and did not forget: eating a delicious homemade piece of cake – it can also be two. I'd like to eat more. after two pieces nothing goes.

the local is cosy, the staff are super friendly, attentive and can help with asking vegan/vegetarian eating qualified. dogs were also welcome after a call. the portions were definitiw large enough to eat, larger than in other restaurants, and super delicious. I had the vegan carrot ginger soup, the cocos milk rice with mango pureee and a vegan waffel with fresh fruits. Yeah, I had to take some of it home after that because I didn't make everything.

The Café offers some fine vegan options, which are very delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful and know whats vegan. There is a fast service and space to sit outside. The waffle (spelt and grape seed flour) is very good but even everything else. I think meanwhile we tasted all the vegan options.

We visited here after arrival in Bad Harzburg and after lunch. The reviews looked great. We were not disappointed, service was excellent and friendly, food was unique and delicious, servings were huge. Would definitely recommend, but have dropped a brand because they don't take credit cards.
