Good ingredients on the pizza, but the dough was really catastrophic, pulled out super thin and too dry like a biscuit, I had to drink 2 liters of water after half an hour because I was absolutely dying of thirst! A word of advice, you need to change pizza makers.
Dish of the day, served with a dry mixed salad, the sauce at the buffet had an aftertaste of fridge, honestly in thirty years I have never had such a dirty lunch. For 20 francs a shame.
The pizzas are fantastic! My only problem is that it's not open for dinner.
