owner change in September 2021 made housewe had booked a table, fortunately, because there was a world. Very well received, the boss offers several dishes including the menu of the day. my daughter (difficult) takes the menu of the day (an application for modified salad immediately accepted) and will feast, my mother a dish based on raviolis (very good) and I the part of the butcher very tender with homemade and not fat fries (and yes it still exists real homemade fries in restaurants.) we finish the meal with each of our dessert, accompanied by a dessert very good organisation despite the world, a very reasonable expectation, the boss asked us as soon as we arrived if we had the time or if we were pressed (according to the timing it is better to go on the menu of the day.) and the small final touch is the passage in the room of the very friendly boss, who is the cheff cook (and despite being alone in the kitchen, she is extremely effective). Oh yes, even the toilets are nice and very clean!
severine and stone will welcome you with all the benevolence you need to spend an excellent time in a modern bistro frame. As for the kitchen made by severine, you will find everything you like, the quantities are perfect, the products are local and seasonal and the dishes cooked with love. Last night, we opted for just fabulous frog thighs. with family, friends, as a couple, this restaurant is worth a visit.
