the caffe am kloster is elegantly embedded in a small, central intersection at a prominent place in alpirsbach. from here they have the imposing benedictinian monastery in themselves. it is especially nice to sit on the terrace and watch the ride when the weather is good. many hikers and tourists come past; sometimes a few steps away even a boulevard tournament takes place. the caffe is elegant in the time furnished and has a beautiful, sunny terrace that is heavily visited with good weather. the last (regularly weekend) was not so great. still I was very warm and lovingly served. the man has the feeling that the service continues in his profession. a specificity of sweets are creative imaginative and high-quality baked. because I don't like to eat so much, I tested a Swabian classic: a simple brezel. she convinced of a crusty surface, a fine glamour and unfortunately a little too much salt. the cappuccino enjoyed it was sung with a fine red note. I liked the covered apple cake from the side table and at the next visit I certainly try an ice cup from exactly this time it was too cold. all in a beautiful, comfortable place to take a small break during a trip and return with the whole family.
