I knew this was gonna be a bad idea. Leaving the orthopedic doc to check out my knee, what do I see heading to the highway but this amazing display of decadent goodies that I had to make a u-turn to see if my eyes were paying tricks on me. Love the chill, relaxed vibe. I could chill there for hours with a good book or some good company. It was truly TORTURE to choose only 1 delectable treat so I went with 3. Have 1 now save 2 for later and you can wash it all down with their free, chilled fresh lemon/orange flavored water. I went with a slice of carrot cake, a fruit tart and a random blend of a dozen cookies. Needless to say I won’t be back or I’ll have to mortgage my house and buy the joint! Moist, fresh sweet goodness is what I have to say. Thanks for the afternoon pick me up. A little on the expensive side as there are no prices displayed, unless I missed it, so I was surprised at my bill. Don’t be like me, speak up rather than being embarrassed asking them to take stuff out when it’s a tied ip in a box? Cheers to another round of good eats sweet treats ? Parking: Parking is a challenge so keep that in mind you might have to circle a few times.

I barely give ratings, but when I do, it really affected me. Firstly I was so excited to go into the store, as it was very eye catchy. The first person who was there to attend us was Jose, who treated us like he didn’t wanted us there. He was answering very vague like yea, no. But the guy Aden was really nice and really delivered good customer service. I asked for frozen hot chocolate, which was not frozen in anyway and tasted horrible. I even mentioned it to Jose, and told him if he can taste, again he showed no effort and just tried it and said it taste how it supposed to. I asked for Biscoff and tres leche, that he didn’t pack for us. All over it’s just the customer service by this Jose guy, who really need to fix his attitude and treat his customers with at least some sort of a smile.

This place is so over rated, I guess those that give it a high grade have never had a good pastry. Had an almond croissant that I threw in garbage, not buttery at all, hard and burnt as hell and not cheap. Pastries were so so. My Italian bakery has better, tastier and cheaper items. Be honest people who bless this is the only bakery you’ve been to and don’t know any better. Glad I visited it’s a bit be and done.

I was in Europe, got back 2 days ago. I've gone to cafes for breakfasts lunches as well as deserts, however I was missing the pastries and cappuccino at Buttercooky.. my colleagues couldn't believe it, but honestly once you've tasted the goodies and the delights of buttercooky it would be quite hard to appreciate any other competitor. Highly recommended.. Lela from Ethan M Jewelers
