We have frequent Burntwood Tavern many times before in 2 separate locations. I made a reservation for our daughter and her bridal party for the evening following a day of wedding dress shopping. We experienced terrible service and disappointing food that evening. Our waitress never greeted us, or introduced herself. She had a very difficult time hearing us place our order and kept repeating herself. She was unfamiliar with what items on the menu would be safe for someone with a gluten allergy. Our dinners did not arrive all at the same time and we had to wait a while for the whole table to be served and several drinks orders came to the table late. I was embarrassed that I had recommended this restaurant to our party of 8. Not the service or food quality that I have experienced in the past. Sadly, I was very disappointed that evening.
The food was so today and unfortunately had a hair in it. We wanted the **** mary bar, but when we went up to get our stuff for it, they were from most everything, even the tomato mixers. We came for my sisters 40. Just disappointed.
The Prix Fix menu was amazing and soooo affordable! Our Server Ally was efficient and wonderful. Food was delicious. We were not rushed and had a fabulous evening as a girl's night out! Highly recommend.
Food was very good quiet good for conversation service was excellent! my only disappointment was no bread at the table
