The food has good flavor which was why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. I ordered right when they opened. I decided on the Cowboy Burger (adding mushrooms and jalapeños for a dollar each) and a Caesar side salad. Got back to the lunch room at my work and discovered the salad was bone dry with no dressing(thankfully my boss had a bottle of thousand island in the fridge). I moved on to the burger and the patty was very crumbly falling apart with every bite I took and I noticed that the jalapeños which I paid extra for, were no where to be found. I understand that orders can get messed up from time to time especially when restaurants get really busy but it looked like I was the first customer of the day with no one else there and no other pickup orders behind the bar. The employee was just sitting there when arrived. At least make sure that the only order of the day up to that point was correct.
Very good burgers and wings. Onion rings are outstanding. Burgers and onion rings are at least as good as Red Robin maybe a bit better. On my last visit, the fries did not taste fresh. Ordering online is fairly easy, though you need to open another browser tab to lookup what all the different styles are. For instance, cowboy style or California style. You could easily add bacon or avocado or any other extra, when it is already part of the burger style you ordered. I really enjoyed the wings. To me is seems like Korean Fried Chicken. My last takeout order was completed very quickly do not trust the estimated time or your order may be ready way before you are ready.
Food was good. Not crowded when we visited on a Thursday night. The lady taking our order was nice, but she didn't speak English well, so it was hard to understand her. Along the same lines, a man brought our food to the table and I didn't recognize the meal. I asked what it was, but he didn't speak any English at all. The restaurant was clean and orderly. One last thing that bothered me is they charged me a 3.5% credit card fee. Seriously? Well, even though I liked the burger, I won't be coming back again.
The picture shows an $18 meal which leaves one feeling gouged. Sandwich, drink, fries and a cold cup of cheese dip sauce and quality lacked for the price. I would give 2 stars because the fountain machine was out of 75% of options and the food was expensive for what you get. That said, the customer service was friendly and the sandwich and fries were okay, so 3 stars.
