Rather than apologising or at least accepting complaints about the food, the owner blames the guest, insisting that I had never eaten truffle before, and refuses to take the dish off the menu. Such attitude is unworthy of any restaurant owner and shouldn't be tolerated...by guests. Tasteless food, argumentative owner- skip this one and go elsewhere!
