LETTER WRITTEN TO CEO , SEPT 16 , 2023 IF I COULD , WOULD RATE AS ZERO ! RUDE MEAN MANAGEMENT AT YOUR LOCATION , 5380 US HWY 90 WEST MOBILE , AL 36619 . I AM A 65 YR OLD SENIOR CITIZEN , STOPPED HERE AT THIS LOCATION SATURDAY , SEPTEMBER 16 , 2023 AT 3:15 P.M. TO USE THE RESTROOM WHEN I WAS OUT SHOPPING AROUND TOWN . THE BLACK GIRL IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME WHEN ENTERING RESTROOM , I COULD NOT GO IN DUE TO WET FLOOR . I IMMEDIATELY TOLD HER I COULD NOT WAIT OR GO TO ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT SOMEWHERE ELSE . I WAS VERY CAREFUL WITH MY STEPS , ENTERED STALL , AND TOOK CARE OF MY PERSONAL BUSINESS NEEDED . THE MANAGER CAME IN , STATED “ YOU NEED TO COME UP OUT OF THERE NOW AND LEAVE . “ I DID NOT GET TO TALK TO THE MANAGER PERSONALLY 2-3 MIN LATER WHEN I LEFT . I TRIED CALL THE SAME LOCATION WHEN I GOT HOME ABOUT 4:15 TO SPEAK TO HER , BUT NO ONE WOULD ANSWER . I TRIED 3 TIMES WITHIN 20 MIN , LETTING PHONE RING 15-20 TIMES . I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY OTHERS IN MOBILE , AL DUE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES/MANAGEMENT CANNOT , WILL NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT . I WILL ALSO POST THIS COMPLAINT ON GOOGLE REVIEWS , RATING BK AT ZERO . IF I EVER DO GO TO BK AGAIN , AND MANAGER , ASKS ME TO GET UP OFF THE TOILET , AND GET OUT , I WILL EITHER CALL THE COPS OR MY LAWYER , AND GET THAT PERSON AND YOU , JOSHUA KOBZAK , BOTH FIRED, AND THEN SUE YOU !!!! I ordered chicken sandwich with no mayo add honey mustard and it came to me dry. I went in to have it corrected and the girl unhappily took it from My hand and threw it on the kitchen counter. Then walked away. The guy had to ask what was wrong with it. Then she unhappily said honey mustard. Had a whopper and fries Was charged like 15 dollars They would not give me a receipt for what I ordered and manager gave me a dollar back and still could not provide a receipt .was really odd.seemed really shady ..
