Burger King - Table reservation

Disgusting place honestly, three times in years i was there, two times i had stress, i had an amazing cheesy bacon lover double menu in moosach munich and that thing was the best burger i ever had in a fast food restaurant, i told...my wife send her a photo from work with the cheese melted on the fries with bacon, that thing was brutal, for two days later my wife wanted to try it so we went to burger king in dachau East, i made the order through the drive in, completely empty place on a friday night, Mcdonald's was busy though, went there for the kids for an happy meals which is next door by the way, so i ordered the cheesy bacon lover double menu twice and she says would you like the dip cheese and bacon on the fries too? and i said yes that's exactly what i wanted, and she says go forward it's ok so each no problem, we paid i said to my wife check the fries cause it must come on a paper box with a fork, no they were normal fries, so i complained to the girl she says that i didn't say anything and my wife and I we were like ok whatever we can pay extra but we want the fries with the dip cheese and the bacon, she turns her back to us and carried on talking to the customer behind me, i'm freaking out i tell her how come i paid for a menu, she screams at me with such arrogance ah it's a double you ordered a double burger, my wife goes inside talks to the manager she tells him we came here specially for this menu and the girl turns the back to us!! i mean you have to deal with your customers, solve the problems, not turning your back, we would have pay more but we wanted to be served what we ordered, my wife realised she spoke bad german and she didn't even apologised, i mean the staff over there i guess they will never succeed anything in life with this attitude, that wasn't the first time i had problems with my order, he gave us free fries with cheese and bacon, we arrived home there was barely any cheese on the fries and the burger was dry, bad put together, as you can see on the pictures the nice one was from moosach and the sad one from Dachau Ost, and the place was dead, barely any customers inside, next time i go to Allah or moosach

My family and I were thrown out of the restaurant by a man who seemed to be in charge of the place. it took place on on the of October at i asked for the french fires without salt. The clerk refused saying...it was not possible. i insisted because I am aware how salt is sprayed over french fires. The man in charge showed up at the cashier's desk and told me to get out of the restaurant and my family would get nothing at this place. such a shame for Burger King

This BurgerKing is located next to the Tulip Inn Dachau about 1km from the Dachau concentration camp memorial. Menu is standard, although restaurant floor did not seem as clean as it should be.

After a Month spent in Europe, it was nice to have a hamburger---the bum and meat are much smaller than in the USA AND they charge for ketchup! We were happy to eat an American meal!
