We sat at a free table and lied to the Luca app. We intended to consume 4 balls of ice each. A young man wanted to pick up our order a short time later, but was not willing or not able to call us the existing types of ice, but sent us to the door so that we should read the signs ourselves. Outside there was a great urge, and we didn't want to squeeze past the people standing in the snake or push us into the front row. Besides, I found the situation somewhat strange. When visiting a restaurant, I actually presuppose that the customer does not have to run back and forth in order to take off the staff work. If an employee of an ice cream parlour can't call the varieties, he should be looking for another job.
Während unseres Aufenthalts in Burg, haben wir 2mal einen Eisbecher im Burg Eis gegessen und so 4 verschiedene Varianten probiert. Alle Waren super lecker, mehr als ausreichend und im Hinblick darauf auch nicht teuer. Der Service ist aufmerksam und notiert auch Extra- bzw. Änderungswünsche. Das Cafe ist immer gut besucht, gerade von Familien mit Kindern. Daher kann es schon mal lauter sein im Gastraum. Ein Muss beim Fehmarn-Urlaub und gutem Wetter.
Gute Portion und super leckeres Eis. Zum Spaghetti Eis richtig viel Erdberrsoße die vermutlich selbst gemacht war. Ein super schöner Besuch. Bedienung sehr freundlich und kennt alle Sorten Eis. Wirklich einen Besuch wert. Immer voll. Tipp : im Hinterhof gibt es ein Bänke zum Verweilen und einen schönen Teich mit Seerosen.
Visit Burg Eis for years! Favorite varieties hazelnuts and yogurt hazelnuts. Today the Nusseis tasted nothing. Not even after milk or cream. It was also crispy. Only a funny chemical taste remained in the mouth. Very bad, because that was the best ice salon in a very wide circle. Not worth a visit.
