Bulls I Bbq Caterers

I went to a graduation party July 14,2019 on Long Island. I have a degree in culinary with 25 years in the Restaurant and catering industry. The owner of Bulls I BBQ Catering should just close up and purchase something more simple like a Hot Dog Truck. The food could have made the quests sick. Pulled pork and fried chicken was under cooked. Owner was notified by phone and told that food wasn’t appetizing and dangerous to quests. When you send your staff to cater a party make sure you send qualified personal and not kids that look like they are on summer vacation. I rather have ate A can of Alpo. To the owner of the small business we documented food by photos and quest please take some cooking classes they will improve your food quality.

I recently attended a BBQ catered by this company and wanted to thank them for sending everything necessary to make it a great eating experience! In triple digit heat, the staff was pleasant and very capable and the Menu was delicious!!! Everything was cooked to perfection. Many of us guests are already planning our next gathering to include this BBQ caterer. I highly recommend BullsIbbq!
