Buffalo Wild Wings

We visited on 04/26/24. If I could give zero stars I would. The waiter Joshua approached the table as if he didn’t want to be there and gave a lot of attitude. Rushed us to take our order. So that he could go sit down at the tables in the bar section to play on his phone and stare at the TVs. Once the order came out. (Buffalo ranch chicken wrap) was first but the fries were well undercooked. Then my boyfriend had to wait an additional 5 minutes for his 6 boneless wings to come out. Once they hit the table we noticed that they gave him the wrong sauces and the wings were ice cold. Finally after waiting an additional 5 minutes our appetizer (sampler platter) came out also ice cold. Joshua never came back to our table to check if we needed anything once the food came out. We had to flag him down after 30 mins to finally be able to tell him that we were dissatisfied before we could even tell him why we were dissatisfied he immediately took the appetizer and walked away. The manager came by and told us that she took the appetizer and wings off. Which was very nice of her but still didn’t want to hear why. After waiting 30 more minutes Joshua lazily dropped off the check without asking if we wanted anything more. We asked if we could order the loaded ice cream he seemed very annoyed that we asked to put more food in but after all our food was disgusting and cold we were still very hungry. Needless to say I will not be going back to that Buffalo Wild Wings or any of the other restaurants

Poor service. Waiter was non existent and did not provide any utensils, refill any drinks, or follow up on the meal. Looks like the place is run by a bunch of high school workers. Even for a chain restaurant, the service was subpar
