Ordered a large order to feed six and made it a carry out so we could pick it up and eat at home. They asked for thirty minutes to prepare so we waited thirty minutes before we left to get the order. We drove fifteen minutes and when we arrived only half our order was done and they had no idea what happened to the second half of the order as well of had no record of what it was. So we were told we could wait fifteen to twenty more minutes while our first half of our order got cold but we refused and left to pick up fast food. Totally disappointed in service and workers could care less whether we ate their food or not. Workers had a non caring complacent attitude. Second bad experience there and will not be a third.
Having the food at this point will never be again. Waiters tried to put our food on the table of another family. When I told them I wanted a new meal, I would have asked her for a kidney. Then my wife's salad didn't have the chicken in a grilled chicken salad.
Second time coming here, and it was great! The Caribbean jerk and the jammin jalapeño were on point, chips and salsa were fresh and popping!Dietary restrictions: Keto friendly
We really love B Dubs, but their prices are always up there... Can't beat the wings and the **** Mary is one of the best out there.
