What I found interesting is the Karaage. It was unexpectedly good. The way the lemon added this layer of flavor to the very distinct Japanese ingredients already flavoring the meat was nice. The noodle. You get to choose to add your own toppings, andeach come with additional charge. I don?t think there was anything special. It was a nice bowl of noodle, but not something Ican?t get over. I must commend the fact thar the soup didn?t have that over stewed, salty flavor. Usually in the evening somerestaurants don?t change their soup and the soup is left very salty. The soup in this instance tasted neutral like itshould. Lastly, they don?t serve tea. I?m so use to ordering hot tea with my Ramen, I walked away feeling slightlydisappointed. It didn?t feel complete. But after experiencing the vibe of the place, I understand that serving hot tea withnoodle is not the aim.

Nice ramen bowl. Very simple and easy to order. However I am a bit disappointed in the lack of variety and complexity. I at least wish there was more to drink and more to choose from. There are not that much toppings and you also have to pay extra forit. Thought their meat is extraordinary tender and umami. You would have to pay at least 3$ extra. Overall, simple and you canbe pretty content with the ramen quality. But I wouldn?t come here often as there isn?t much of a variety.

This has got to be the most disappointing ramen ever. Don't waste your money, smallest portion ever, 2 tiny slice of meat. Cheap, cheap. Never ordering from them ever. Taste salty, not delicious. Chasu tasted old. SOOOO DISAPPOINTED.

Very nice staff, clean, and great service. Ramen was very delicious. I got spicy Tonkotsu and a Teriyaki Chicken Bao. The Bao was *chefs kiss*. Small menu but big flavor. Definitely recommend.
