The service was terrible, waiter was off in his own little world. Waiter asked how salad was but when the food came out never asked how we were. I tried to tell him times my steak was cooked well done when I asked for med rare. No salt or pepper on the table when I asked they handed me an empty salt shaker with no stopper. We we were taken to our table there was food all over the bench sit and I had to ask them to clean it. Very noisy, you could hear the staff and wait staff in the kitchen area talking. Had to ask for silverware. Never asked if we would like more bread. We left half of a normal tip with a note on the receipt steak overcooked. Upon exiting the waiter ran us down asking us about his tip and we explained we had tried to get his attention twice. How extremely unprofessional. We have been numerous times to Brio's Cherokee and have never been disappointed. It was not extremely crowded so there was no excuse for poor service. Extremely disappointed considering this was our Christmas Eve dinner.

It’s so sad they can’t get people to work. No cooks, no servers can accommodate very few people. Limited menu. Even on menu I asked for flatbread and was told unable to offer that night. Our Caesar salads was literally bites. No lie. Ridiculous! Portions of entree were so very small. I know times are bad but this reflected poorly on Brio. The servers working were gracious and run to death. We probably won’t be back until things change.

Brio is a fantastic stop for dinner when at Harrahs Cherokee. I had an artichoke dip appetizer, Lobster bisque soup and the fillet medallions with mashed potatoes and green beans.. Dinner was exceptional and the service was great as well. Still having trouble getting workers but the people working, worked their tails off. Make sure you make reservations as they get real busy!!

The food is great. Fresh made sauces are tops.
