absolute sweat! we have an estimated delivery time and have reached this time no more than an hour. called the restaurant to demand a refund, and cancel the order, and the person I spoke with said it was out of his control and there was nothing he could do to help us. as soon as the food finally arrived (1 hour and 20 minutes after the scheduled delivery time), the food was cold and the fries were soggy. is often used there, but will not go back due to lack of customer service. very disappointing.
Placed a pick up order at 8:30pm , when I arrived to pick up my order the door was locked (handwritten note on door posted new hours closing at 9pm). I waved a the teenagers behind the counter who then informed me that they were unfortunately closed but they didn't charge me....thanks for the heads up I guess? Super disappointed bc I did like their food, but Having teenagers run the place may cause some communication issues. Sadly not returning.
When it's good it's really good, but they are very inconsistent and your never sure what your going to get. If they could make a consistent pizza, they might be the best pizza place in the area. I would suggest better quality control. 50:50 shot you're going to get a good pie.
best Turkish sandwich by far. not processed, real Turkish meat. try the Pita bread, roasted. excellent
