We stayed for one night at this restaurant. The rooms were luxurious and the ceiling fan was a great feature on a hot night. The courtyard rooms are perfect if you have a dog. The evening meal was excellent, as was breakfast; the chef is definitely talented. North Norfolk is quite pricey, but we will definitely return to this restaurant because the dinner, bed, and breakfast package was a good value and the food was of high quality. Even our dog got a sausage for breakfast. The only downside was that the off-road walking route to the beach was closed due to RSPB bird nesting protection, but that's understandable.
Initially a small group of us with a couple of kids arrived to have lunch, we were joined by another six people so in all. The location, garden, facilities were perfect for our requirements and we dined outside.It was sometimes difficult to find a member of staff for service, otherwise I would give an excellent rating. When found, they were excellent. We chose a range of food options, from sharers, to starters and main courses. All the food we had was nicely cooked, well presented and of good portions.The garden area is very large, met some other nice visitors and had an enjoyable afternoon.

The staff at this restaurant are lovely and welcoming, and the surroundings are great. We enjoyed fish and chips, burgers, desserts, and coffee. What a fantastic discovery!
