Brewers Fayre Central Park

Food was shocking to be honest , but to be fair the staff did their best and we all witnessed new staff thrown in at the deep end. Manager a blonde lady with glasses wearing an exemption sign. No name badges on wasn't very friendly...or professional. We had booked a room for people at o clock, the food that was pre ordered arrived cold at One steak was overcooked like rubber and had to be re done. Burgers were cold. We live in the town and forever giving this place a second chance. Only reason for returning is the soft play area for the kids but always disappointed with the food. Serious lack of staff, two members of staff only serving food not their fault unfortunately.

good piece rump steak, sad it was cold, I mean stone cold! a few scratchy looking chips. some of our party sent their meals back. I took my steak home and cooked it right. even the children were cold. for in the grunde. inedible food! bewildered looking waiter and waitress and very rude management. steer the place!

Pre-Ordered food around days ago, multiple orders were wrong and missing items, staff weren’t very helpful and management was very rude and didn’t offer any assistance when we wanted to complain, burgers were cold and not very well presented, kids refused to eat their...food as it was cold and tasteless.

Been a member for months so try to use these pubs when we are on holiday,this one is our local and we love it,the staff are always helpful and friendly and the food always good value and tasty,lovely atmosphere we have had a couple...of discounts of the food price all in all love it

Despite being short staffed on NYE evening the staff pulled out all the stops against the odds to deliver a great service with a smile. Much appreciated
