A more than interesting visit with a guide on small onions. Passionate and eager to convey his knowledge, the brass managed to save us the greatest secrets of his potions. The different tastings did not help me remember everything, but overall I understood. If you want to know everything about making these handmade beers, I only recommend visiting the hop rock brewery.
It's hard to find, but it's worth a visit. Friendly and pedagogical braces/venders. We had a very pleasant time.
