It has been a some time since my last visit so I decided to return.Flo Brasseries are a reliable and confirmed value, with fresh ingredients and efficient service.Pleasant environment too.I had a seabass carpaccio with diced raw carrots, celery and courgette, with a drop of olive oïl.Add some ground Pepper and the dish is perfect. Followed by a beef sirloin, cooked rare to perfection with some herb butter on top, accompanied by braised green beans, very original.Finish with a Brie de Meaux (I am more salt than suger).Together with half a bottle of Chablis Fourchaume (white) I consider it a pefect meal, at a very reasonable price. Service was very Professional. The restaurant is dog friendly as well (I had my black Lab with me who enjoys sleeping under the table in chic restaurants). All in all good value for money. If you are looking for a change from the Disney environment or the other correct brasserie in the area("L'Interprète" in Serris) go for it!

We ate in brasserie Flo on our last night in Paris, as guests of the relais spa. I do not have anything negative to say. Our waiter was so enthusiasic and considerate that we ended up tipping him 20 euro. i had the goats cheese tarlet to start and my other half had the caeser. both excellent. I had the salmon and risotto for main, and he had a pork chop straight outta the flintstones, MASSIVE. Meal was delicious, staff were excellent, service was perfect, and i wouldnt hesitate to go back. We after dinner, retired to our room to pack and relax for a bit, and then decided to order desert to our room. again, perfect. no complaints.

Had a nice diner with the menu. Great starter with the goat cheese tartetatin salad. Steak with fries was nice as well. Desert we had Oreo tiramisu and was disappointing.

The marinated roasted chicken from Vendee with crusty mushrooms polenta and madiran sauce was moist and cooked to perfection._We usually get chocolate
