Overall it was a round evening. The service needed something because the brasserie was well visited. The dishes were good in total, a little less soy sauce would have been more too salty for the bowl and the rice lacks some sauce which was thus slightly dry. It's just personal feeling... but it's like to come back.
It was great as always. One of the few restaurants with really constant good and high quality cuisine in Kühlungsborn
As always a completely successful concept, ambience and great service.
