This is a quick place to grab food. This is not a place to have a nice dinner. There is some nice music playing via a projector. However, when there is a birthday celebration, a birthday song is played and the volume is turned very loud. Not a friendly place with people with hearing aids, wheelchair bound, and/or with sensory deficits. In regards to the food, it was average. I have to say that beef stew looked good but it was salty. When we attempted to exchange it, we were told that is how they cook it. As someone who has worked in the hospitality business there are certain standards we follow, such as exchanging a food item for the guest without any difficulties. We got an order of Chaufa rice and I had better @SuperPollo). I was not impressed. We also got Mar and Tierra which was good. The salad was great but the dressing appeared to be watered down. At the end, we made an error with the tip they use handheld devices) and included it as cents not dollars. We told the waiter that we would just pay the tip as cash and not to worry. We gave the waiter a cash tip. To our surprise, the next day we saw that the tip was included on the credit card! The waiter never told us. He took our cash tip and charged our credit card double tip). I am extremely upset and in shock that a business would operate this way.
