Every time I get back to St Brieuc, I go to Diener's! It's delicious (as much bread as pastries or cakes) prices are reasonable and especially, for me, they make the best chocolate almond bread!
These are the masters of pastry... and several excellent breads, including the Nordic bread, which is generally heavy but is perfectly balanced.
